Business Coaching Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture proactive relationships with designated pharmacy clients

• Organize and facilitate regular virtual meetings with pharmacy proprietors

• Analyze reports, account activities, and Salesforce notes to prepare for client meetings

• Conduct follow-up after meetings, including summaries and next steps

• Record client interactions and account updates in Salesforce

• Assist pharmacy owners with business coaching, goal setting, and monitoring progress

• Collect client feedback on the business coaching initiative

• Gather and analyze financial data, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements

• Utilize Excel-based tools for benchmarking and in-depth business analysis

• Identify avenues for enhancing customer engagement and business performance

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts while ensuring organization and follow-through

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-oriented role centered on relationship management, customer success, coaching, or account support

• Excellent active listening and communication abilities

• Capacity to influence, coach, and establish trust with clients or business associates

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to work autonomously in a remote setting

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and phone-based communication systems

• Comfort in discussing business performance, objectives, and operational issues with clients

• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmacy operations is preferred but not mandatory

• Background in customer service, business support, or leadership in a relevant setting will also be evaluated

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage follow-up across numerous accounts
