Business Analytics Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Address and resolve pharmacy inquiries related to Non-MAC pricing while ensuring adherence to Non-MAC legal requirements.

• Verify pricing and product details utilizing reliable sources such as Medispan and wholesaler data.

• Detect shifts in market conditions and report potential concerns to management.

• Provide assistance to Non-MAC team contractors by answering inquiries and offering training support.

• Oversee and conduct testing activities related to IT system implementations when necessary.

• Conduct research and provide timely and accurate responses to Department of Insurance inquiries for state regulators.

• Support management with various ad hoc tasks and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) encompassing all non-MAC appeal processes, state regulations, and claims adjudication, including claims adjudication logic.

• Familiarity with the RxClaim platform (AS400).

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and Pharmacy Portal.

• Capability to operate under tight deadlines.

• Strong mathematical problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of wholesaler invoices.
