Business Analyst / Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Collect and document both business and functional requirements by conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.

• Diagram current and future-state processes for order-to-cash and warehouse operations.

• Develop user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and testing scenarios.

• Organize, monitor, and report on scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead meetings, provide status updates, and facilitate steering discussions with clients and project teams.

• Assist with UAT planning, coordination of execution, and defect management.

• Aid in change management and activities to prepare end-users.

• Collaborate with ERP functional consultants, developers, and client IT teams.

• Provide finalized requirements and process maps.

• Ensure transparency regarding project scope, risks, and timelines.

• Schedule and manage UAT and defect triage efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager on large-scale enterprise projects.

• Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with supply chain operations, including order management, inventory, and warehousing.

• Experience with SAP order-to-cash (OTC) and/or warehouse management (WM), or comparable ERP order-to-cash and warehouse experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work within a US Eastern or Central Time overlap schedule.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Skilled in project tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.

• Located in Latin America; preference for Costa Rica, but not mandatory.

• SAP certification (SD, MM, EWM, or similar), or PMP, CBAP, or CSM is a plus.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is a plus.

• Prior experience in nearshore or remote delivery with US clients is a plus.

• Previous involvement in change management or training coordination is a plus.
