Business Analyst / Product Owner, fluent in German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engage in business analysis while closely collaborating with client stakeholders and the development team.

• Examine, enhance, and document user and system requirements.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and guide decision-making processes.

• Conduct software testing and provide user training.

• Address 3rd-level support requests.

• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation.

• Be involved in project management and reporting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific discipline, or Economics.

• Proven experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development.

• Familiarity with UML, XML/XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German at a C1+ level.

• A motivated, analytical, communicative, and results-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel to client locations in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops.

• A detailed CV submitted in English is required.
