Business Analyst / Product Owner, fluent in German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engage in business analysis and work closely with client stakeholders and the development team.

• Assess, enhance, and document user and system requirements.

• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Facilitate workshops and lead decision-making processes.

• Conduct software testing and provide user training.

• Address 3rd-level support requests.

• Ensure documentation is up to date.

• Involve yourself in project management and reporting tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific field, or Economics.

• Experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development.

• Familiarity with UML, XML/XSD, SQL, as well as usability and accessibility is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German (C1+).

• Highly motivated, analytical, communicative, and results-driven.
