This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of measuring HighLevel’s AI product portfolio.
• Conduct regular business reviews, encompassing analysis and presentation to the product leadership team.
• Define and document key metrics such as activation, adoption, north star, and penetration.
• Create and maintain datasets, charts, and dashboards in Superset.
• Review reports for hardcoded filters, outdated queries, and inconsistent definitions.
• Write SQL queries against ClickHouse and Snowflake, including handling semi-structured JSON columns.
• Report on product performance in relation to the annual operating plan and subsequent re-forecasts.
• Clarify performance variances stemming from product developments.
• Analyze retention, cohort behavior, and adoption funnels at the sub-account level.
• Develop AI usage unit economics, covering model costs, cost-to-revenue ratios, and margins.
• Report on AI product quality, evaluation results, containment, escalation rates, and sampling design.
• Reconcile discrepancies across various data sources.
• Collaborate with product managers to specify instrumentation prior to feature launches.
• Analyze in-product behavior using Pendo.
• Assess roadmap opportunities and experimental initiatives.
• Work closely with the VP of Product and AI product managers.
• Minimum of six years of experience in product or business analytics, with direct collaboration with product teams.
• Proficient in SQL, including multi-CTE queries, window functions, cohort logic, and semi-structured JSON queries in Snowflake.
• Capability to utilize Python or R for analysis in addition to SQL.
• Experience in a cloud data warehouse environment, preferably with ClickHouse and Snowflake.
• Ability to create in Superset or Tableau, including designing datasets and dashboards.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, particularly in defining events and tracking plans.
• Experience managing a recurring metrics package or business review.
• Strong attention to data granularity and time periods.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, including MRR, ARR, expansion, contraction, churn, retention, and ARPU.
• Statistical knowledge to properly size and interpret experiments.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Bonus: experience in analyzing AI or LLM products, token consumption, model costs, and quality evaluation.
• Bonus: familiarity with usage-based or hybrid pricing models.
• Bonus: experience with dbt or a similar transformation layer.
• Bonus: background in CRM, agency, or SMB SaaS products.
• Bonus: experience with subscription analytics tools such as ChartMogul.
