Business Analyst – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for systems and/or changes in business processes.

• Develop and implement digital workflows tailored to business needs.

• Support teams utilizing marketing technology infrastructure (Workspace, Wrike, Veeva CRM, Vault, SFDC Marketing Cloud, websites, etc.).

• Identify potential technical risks, analyze technical issues and challenges, and propose effective solutions.

• Coordinate the execution of platform enhancement requests in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Review and validate the developed functionalities against agreed-upon requirements prior to delivery to the client.

• Conduct demonstrations of developed solutions and functionalities for internal or external clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of business analysis theory.

• Practical skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and core development methodologies.

• Advanced skills in business process modeling and workflow design using BPMN and UML.

• Experience in creating mockups using tools such as Draw.io, Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, and others.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level.
