Business Analyst – Market Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, especially users based in the United States, to gain insight into their needs and objectives.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and user stories.

• Establish, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.

• Assist technical teams during implementation by offering clarification and guidance on functional requirements.

• Validate delivered solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and functional specifications.

• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and address any functional queries and issues that arise.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable functional analysis role.

• In-depth understanding of Market Risk concepts, processes, and associated financial products.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements.

• Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in both Agile and traditional project settings.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (at least B2 level).

• Capable of effective communication with stakeholders located in the United States.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.

• Strong analytical aptitude with the capacity to convert business needs into actionable development requirements.
