Business Analyst – Market Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, particularly users in the United States, to comprehend their needs and objectives.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and user stories.

• Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams effectively.

• Assist technical teams during implementation by offering clarification and guidance regarding functional requirements.

• Validate the solutions delivered against business expectations and functional specifications.

• Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and address any functional queries and issues that arise.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable functional analysis position.

• Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts, processes, and associated financial products.

• Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) methodologies and Stress Testing practices.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements.

• Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in both Agile and traditional project environments.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

• Capable of effective communication with stakeholders located in the United States.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements.
