This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Evaluate project requests to determine their alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
• Assist requesters in articulating their needs and collecting the necessary information.
• Prepare and review documents for project presentations.
• Serve as the intermediary between requesters and IT teams to gather technical information.
• Aid in the preparation, optimization, and adherence to legal and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm the necessary information.
• Ensure administrative follow-up on files and assist in project submission or acceptance.
• Engage in the application of regulations and the execution of standards and targets.
• Suggest client-focused strategies and tools that streamline processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project request management processes.
• Organize, prepare, and lead pre-project and planning meetings.
• Monitor approvals and authorizations.
• Counsel requesters and clarify their requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with client departments.
• Foster transparency and comprehension of project integration processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business administration, business analysis, project management, public health, or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in business analysis for IT projects, ideally within the healthcare or social services sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing information resource management and issues impacting the healthcare and social services network (an asset).
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of engaging and mobilizing others, with a keen focus on continuous improvement.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple files concurrently.
• Proficient in managing several projects or assignments at once with diligence and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and make well-informed decisions.
• Skill in assessing client needs and adapting services to fit organizational constraints.
• Competence in analyzing digital requirements related to projects (an asset).
• Comfortable working in complex digital settings, with a grasp of information management and security principles (an asset).
• 12-month full-time contract position, with the potential for renewal.
• 100% remote work (5 days a week).
• Daytime hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Occasional travel may be necessary, with no additional costs incurred by the resource.
