Business Analyst III – Pharmacy Enrollment Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving business initiatives by conducting data analysis, recognizing implementation challenges, and performing user acceptance testing across various systems.

• Analyze and identify user needs, processes, and issues to enhance existing workflows.

• Execute comprehensive analyses on several projects, propose viable business solutions, and guarantee effective implementations.

• Explore opportunities to improve performance management and operational reporting related to the processes of new business implementations.

• Collaborate with different business units and departments to design and deliver training programs.

• Create, disseminate, and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Identify issues and uncover opportunities for process redesign and enhancements.

• Develop and revise departmental policies and procedures.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned functional product to ensure optimal operational performance.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 4–6 years of experience in business process or data analysis.

• Preferred experience in healthcare.

• Preferred experience in project management.

• Highly preferred experience with pharmacy benefits and enrollment.

• Experience in business analysis and data analysis.

• Skills in analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems.

• Experience in supporting system implementation and conducting user acceptance testing.

• Ability to coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

• Capability to formulate and update departmental policies and procedures.
