Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct business analysis for technology and business enhancement initiatives.

• Emphasize stakeholder analysis, requirement development and management, along with acceptance testing.

• Identify and articulate innovative business solutions that align with both divisional and corporate strategies.

• Employ analysis tools and techniques to provide cost-effective solutions and enhance efficiency.

• Engage in the development of the Business Analysis Practice and the Business Analysis Framework.

• Draft and revise Business Case documents.

• Evaluate and document business value propositions throughout the duration of project execution.

• Build and nurture relationships with customers and business partners.

• Create and document business processes.

• Establish project and work breakdown structures.

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, overseeing transaction controls and costs in relation to budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.

• Progressive experience in delivering business analysis within employee benefits, financial services, technology delivery, or similar fields.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Attainment of or progress towards FLMI, CBAP, or CCBA is preferred.

• PMP, certification in Process or Performance Management, or certification in Quality Assurance/Testing is desirable.

• Experience with complex assignments, including Enterprise-wide projects.

• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Skills in leadership and mentoring.

• Familiarity with design techniques and principles related to the production of drawings and models.

• Proficiency in computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.
