📋 Description

• Evaluate, strategize, design, document, and propose enhancements to business processes that support clients’ technological goals.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to establish, monitor, and convey business requirements and their anticipated impact.

• Develop fundamental conceptual data and process models.

• Design, implement, or assess basic test scenarios to confirm that client requirements are integrated into the system design.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections to ensure that the intended changes are executed throughout each project phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, adept at translating technical objectives and requirements into actionable strategies for clients.

• Basic understanding of healthcare claims processing and financial operations.

• Familiarity with essential programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software tools for performing quantitative analyses.

• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to inspire others and articulate key technical concepts in an understandable manner.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for screenings, interviews, and meetings.

• A video camera is required for screenings and interviews.

• Candidates must refrain from using AI tools, virtual backgrounds/filters, or visual enhancements during the interview process.
