This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide support for business initiatives by conducting data analysis, identifying barriers to implementation, and executing user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Analyze and assess user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.

• Conduct thorough analysis on designated projects, recommend viable business solutions, and aid in their implementation.

• Discover methods to improve performance management and operational reports associated with new business implementation processes.

• Develop and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Assist in formulating and revising departmental policies and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Experience in supporting Genesys Cloud, contact center technologies, outbound dialer operations, or large-scale platform implementations is a plus.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in leading business requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning across cross-functional teams.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to facilitate data analysis is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• 2–4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Project management experience is preferred.
