Business Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver configuration assistance to internal teams in response to evolving client business requirements.

• Support system analysis, research, development, and testing initiatives.

• Suggest modifications or enhancements to current processes.

• Offer technical support to the Customer Care Team.

• Facilitate API integrations for New Account Opening, eSign, Commissions, Compliance, CRM, and PreciseFP.

• Work alongside developers on custom user interface design, construction, and implementation.

• Aid in the triage of JIRA tickets, including urgent, SLA-driven matters.

• Create and oversee JIRA tickets until resolution.

• Diagnose issues with third-party platform integrations in collaboration with client development teams.

• Maintain the configuration for document generation and data mapping.

• Set up and verify workflow routing and API request/response payloads.

• Assist with deployment activities and post-deployment requirements across Dev, Pre-Prod, UAT, and Production environments.

• Manage communication with internal and external clients, provide proactive updates, and establish expectations until resolution.

• Coordinate priorities utilizing Scrum methodologies within designated sprints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in business analysis.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting REST API calls is desirable.

• Proficient in Java, Oracle, HTML5, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.

• Capability to complete project tasks on time while ensuring high-quality work.

• Practical experience working within the Docupace system/platform is preferred.
