Business Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret data to connect business needs and goals for the designated function.

• Facilitate business initiatives through comprehensive data analysis.

• Determine obstacles to implementation.

• Execute user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Identify and assess user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.

• Conduct in-depth analyses on designated projects.

• Propose potential business solutions.

• Assist in the implementation process.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in business process analysis or data analysis.

• For Compliance Coding/Prepay Compliance: 0–2 years of experience in business process analysis or claims payment/analysis.

• For Provider Data: 0–2 years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare sector and/or a data-driven environment.

• For Member & Provider Solutions: 0–2 years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare sector and/or customer service or enrollment functions.

• Familiarity with data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile methodologies is preferred for Provider Data.

• Understanding of data integration, software enhancements/planning, and Agile methodologies is preferred for Member & Provider Solutions.

• Project management experience is an advantage.

• Experience in managing projects that heavily rely on technology is preferred for Member & Provider Solutions.
