📋 Description

• Assess business challenges and assist in developing tailored technologies and solutions to enhance health and human services outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with business analysts to provide client recommendations aimed at optimizing business processes.

• Convert client business requirements and technical specifications into clearer, non-technical terms.

• Evaluate and document system requirements and business workflows.

• Create fundamental conceptual data and process models to evaluate the potential impacts of system changes.

• Implement and assess basic test-case scenarios derived from existing test plans.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections alongside senior leadership.

• Enhance technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio.
