📋 Description

• Evaluate business challenges and assist in developing innovative technologies and solutions to enhance health and human services outcomes.

• Collaborate with business analysts to provide client recommendations that optimize business processes.

• Simplify client business requirements and technical-team needs into accessible non-technical language.

• Analyze and document system requirements along with business processes.

• Create foundational conceptual data and process models to assess potential impacts of system changes.

• Implement and evaluate basic test-case scenarios based on existing test plans.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections alongside senior leadership.

• Broaden technical expertise in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio.
