Business Analyst – Early Career

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess business challenges and assist in the development of innovative technologies and solutions that enhance health and human services outcomes.

• Work alongside business analysts to provide client recommendations aimed at optimizing business processes.

• Simplify client business needs and technical requirements into easily understandable non-technical terms.

• Evaluate and document system requirements and business processes.

• Create foundational conceptual data and process models to measure the potential impacts of system changes.

• Implement and assess basic test case scenarios derived from existing test plans.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections alongside senior leadership.

• Enhance technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate business needs and address bugs and defects.
