Business Analyst, Customer Success – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Assess support requests, collaborate with the development team for resolutions, and ensure follow-up with clients

• Engage in client meetings

• Review and evaluate new tools

• Provide training for both internal and external clients

• Oversee onboarding processes for new products

• Assist in documenting process and system workflows

• Communicate updates to client groups via Release Reports

• Collect and document requirements from clients

• Lead meetings to ensure alignment with clients

• Aid in the development of project schedules

• Collaborate with tactical and strategic teams to manage the backlog

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant technology or technical qualification

• Proven experience in gathering client requirements

• Proficiency in specifying and detailing development tasks

• Capability to organize the backlog alongside tactical and strategic teams

• Willingness to work full-time
