This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouse, to enhance daily operations and drive business value.
• Collect business requirements, perform needs assessments, and formulate functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between development teams and both internal and external customers or end users.
• Articulate requirements through various documentation formats including specifications, statements of work, project plans, and more.
• Work alongside developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes, ensuring functionality and user acceptance.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and other relevant business analysis documentation.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and workflow modifications.
• Document both current and future state process maps, data flows, and system interactions.
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding business processes, system configurations, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Support project planning, execution, and closure activities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively implement processes.
• Execute data and transactional analysis to uncover trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement impacting Order-to-Cash (O2C) performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and healthcare industry standards throughout processes.
• Provide hands-on assistance for business systems focused on order processing and customer fulfillment.
• Aid in configuration updates and operational tasks as required.
• Analyze workflows and propose enhancements to improve accuracy, speed, and customer experience.
• Support business teams during system testing and validation phases.
• Construct and maintain operational reports and dashboards for insights.
• Engage in system enhancements, requirement validations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and monitoring during go-live phases.
• Facilitate integrations with third-party vendors and internal development teams.
• Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials for end users.
• Educate end users on new functionalities and system updates.
• Strong comprehension of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical teams and business users.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes, and devising effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business analyst, ideally within the healthcare sector or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes and applications in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems/MIS, or a related discipline.
• Experience utilizing Agile project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel.
• Capability to meet specified physical requirements, which include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Close vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus, and no color vision deficiency.
