📋 Description

• Assist in making operational and financial decisions for OpenLoop's nationwide telehealth platform.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Clinical, Customer Success, and Product teams to address inquiries and perform agreed-upon analyses.

• Utilize SQL to extract, reconcile, and validate data from various sources, with assistance on complex data frameworks.

• Develop forecasts, scenario models, and business cases based on operational and financial metrics.

• Examine trends and discrepancies in patient volume, provider usage, client programs, launch timelines, and revenue cycle effectiveness.

• Deliver recommendations along with supporting evidence, assumptions, and limitations.

• Enhance recurring analyses as business knowledge evolves.

• Employ AI and automation judiciously while independently validating results.

• A degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative discipline, along with a model, analysis, or research project that you can explain in detail; both academic and personal projects are acceptable.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL.

• Strong foundational skills in spreadsheet applications.

• Ability to work with incomplete information comfortably.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must have reliable availability during the team’s established core hours.
