Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology to pinpoint, design, and facilitate the adoption of intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions within the Health business unit.

• Analyze business processes and uncover areas for enhancement.

• Convert business requirements into concise, actionable functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions to gain insights into current processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow enhancements.

• Assess and refine AI and automation use cases based on business requirements, technical viability, and enterprise standards.

• Develop process maps, use case narratives, data flows, and solution specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on solution design, testing, and validation.

• Assist in prioritizing and tracking automation initiatives, measurable business value, roadmaps, and governance.

• Report directly to the Director of Service Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position within a technology-driven environment.

• Experience in supporting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-related initiatives.

• Technical acumen, including a foundational understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures, integrations, and workflows.

• Knowledge of contemporary AI and automation tools, including conversational AI, intelligent agents, and low-code or no-code platforms.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while working within Agile teams.
