Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct backlog refinement sessions.

• Break down initiatives into epics, features, and user stories accompanied by acceptance criteria.

• Ensure the requirements package is maintained along with complete traceability from requirements to tests in VA tools.

• Lead elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews in collaboration with VA logisticians and clinicians.

• Create proposals for requirements analysis for new intake requests, detailing scope, level of effort, and labor mix.

• Analyze data and generate reports and process models.

• Provide support for UAT and release validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile/SAFe teams.

• Familiarity with requirements traceability and backlog management utilizing Jira and Confluence.

• Proven experience in facilitating elicitation sessions and conducting stakeholder reviews.

• Desired experience in VA, VHA logistics, or the supply chain domain.

• Knowledge of SQL or Power BI for data analysis is a plus.

• Experience in UAT planning and execution is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe POPM certification is preferred.

• Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance is necessary.

• Must be eligible to acquire a VA PIV credential.
