• Collect, validate, and document business requirements.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, or other suitable documentation.

• Identify avenues for enhancing processes, systems, and operational methods.

• Assist in evaluating potential solutions, including third-party applications.

• Evaluate benefits, risks, and business value in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and foster consensus.

• Aid in testing activities to ensure solutions align with business requirements and are appropriate for their intended purpose.

• Create and maintain process documentation, user manuals, and supporting materials.

• Assist in implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology projects to drive impactful change and enhance efficiency and user experience.
