Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform business analysis across various business platforms.

• Prepare and deliver components of written client status reports.

• Conduct analyses on extensive data sets.

• Gain expertise in federal and state policies, particularly regarding federal funding requirements.

• Aid in the execution of significant project phases or tasks.

• Collaborate on proposal writing teams, including composing and coordinating submissions.

• Assist in the creation of written reports, major deliverables, and other client materials.

• Gather and input project-related data.

• Support the development and upkeep of project budgets and prepare client invoices.

• Facilitate customer service functions for clients, including managing phone lines and email inboxes.

• Acquire knowledge of the operation and use of proprietary PCG software products.

• Communicate issues and recommendations to project leaders and software development teams.

• Coordinate project requirements and manage client expectations.

• Address client inquiries.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• 1-3 years of pertinent work experience in consulting, IT, or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and both verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented problem-solving approach to both business and technical challenges.

• Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change.

• Self-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity.

• Passion for lifelong learning and staying updated on current industry trends.

• Dedication to providing exceptional client service.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to review IT systems and assess policy and legislation.

• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• PMI certifications are advantageous.
