Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver integrated products and services from preferred technology partners to member organizations

• Lead and manage assigned projects from start to finish

• Ensure that timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Collect, document, and convert business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans

• Evaluate the impacts of proposed changes and offer operational recommendations

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations

• Organize meetings and maintain open communication

• Create detailed project documentation

• Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Lead or support initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing system functionality, and improving service delivery

• Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems

• Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and contribute to ongoing learning

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis, or project management experience including presentations, meetings, communications, and tracking progress throughout

• Proven experience in presenting and facilitating meetings

• Familiarity with communications and monitoring project progress from initiation to completion

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English

• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service abilities

• Regularly demonstrate creativity, mentoring, presenting, and teaching skills

• Occasionally required to make decisions and exercise independent judgment

• Capability to work effectively in a virtual home-office setting

• Willingness to travel by air, vehicle, or train as necessary

• Ability to sit for extended periods, stand and walk, use hands for various tasks, and reach with hands and arms
