This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
• Evaluate court workflows, operations, and related judicial processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Document both current and future business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions.
• Convert operational needs into actionable specifications for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Perform data analysis and research to back solution design, configuration, and decision-making.
• Interact directly with customers during the discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions with court personnel.
• Offer expert guidance, subject-matter knowledge, and best-practice recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and support rollout activities.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and relevant documentation in JIRA.
• Generate process maps, requirements specifications, and training materials.
• Convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide demonstrations and training on the Court Case Management Application to clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Support, enhance, and implement Court Case Management software solutions for courts.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and customer-facing engagements.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience required.
• Over 3 years of experience in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst position.
• Familiarity with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficient in JIRA or similar tools for creating user stories.
• Experience in supporting software implementations or the rollout of enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Extensive knowledge of court processes, including domain-specific terminology.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Experience or proficiency with Jira, Monday, and Confluence.
• Capability to learn and effectively utilize multiple internal software applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Reliable high-speed internet connectivity for a remote working environment.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the day.
• Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
• Engages in regular communication via telephone and Teams.
