This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
• Evaluate jury management workflows, court functions, and associated judicial processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Document both current and future-state business procedures, functional specifications, and system interactions.
• Convert operational requirements into actionable directives for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Carry out data analysis and research to aid in solution design, configuration, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate directly with clients during the discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review meetings with court personnel.
• Offer expert advice, subject-matter expertise, and best-practice suggestions to both clients and internal teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and support rollout initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation in JIRA.
• Generate process maps, requirements documents, and training materials.
• Convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide demonstrations and training sessions for clients on the Jury Application.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in court operations, jury management, or judicial administration.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst position.
• Familiarity with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools for creating user stories.
• Experience in supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
• In-depth understanding of court and jury processes, including specific terminology used in the domain.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in Excel are preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Monday, and Confluence.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize multiple internal software applications.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet for a remote working setup.
• Must be capable of remaining stationary for the majority of the workday.
• Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
• Engages in frequent communication via telephone and Teams.
