Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for gathering requirements and conducting stakeholder interviews.

• Identify business needs pertaining to Veeva Network, Vault, and Veeva CRM integrations.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and process workflows.

• Aid in data cleansing, matching, and migration from legacy Master Data systems to Veeva systems.

• Establish interface specifications and guarantee platform integration.

• Validate business processes and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

• Provide consultation to business teams on strategic and technical requirements.

• Serve as the liaison between business and IT teams.

• Address end-user issues and facilitate backlog refinement.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions.

• Support the development of testing and training documentation.

• Ensure SLC documentation is consistent with the product lifecycle.

• Oversee integration processes and interactions among linked initiatives.

• Moderate timelines and align milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Network within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Background in data migration, ideally from Master Data Management Systems to Veeva systems.

• Strong grasp of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional discussions.

• Proficient in creating functional specifications, process mappings, and UAT scripts.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
