This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Conduct an analysis of both functional and non-functional IT requirements, utilizing the appropriate methodology and toolset.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure their concerns, requirements, and contributions are incorporated into the requirements specification document.
• Offer insights into low-level design issues and patterns.
• Analyze and define specifications related to integration with other applications and/or technological components.
• Work alongside the Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to create models in a modeling tool based on established requirements.
• A university degree in IT or a related field, along with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in IT.
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within Scrum or another agile framework.
• Significant experience in Business and IT system analysis, with the capability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Strong proficiency in using agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and familiarity with modeling tools (Sparx EA).
• Knowledge and experience in Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of relational database systems.
• Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and utilize model-based representations to gather, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting business information.
• Assist in testing, technical documentation, technical training, deployment, evaluation, and reporting processes.
• Provide training or coaching on analysis techniques.
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages.
