Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Gain insight into our platform, the business needs of our customers, and how they utilize the system.

• Align client data fields with those in the application.

• Develop integration requirements.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and validation.

• Resolve mapping and information creation issues in both production and testing environments.

• Keep project documentation and artifacts current and well-organized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years focused on business analysis.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

• Ability to think analytically and systemically; experienced in processing information from various sources.

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools (requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability).

• Experience with databases, SQL, and Oracle.

• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools and their application in business analysis processes.

• A master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.

• Anthropic Claude Certified Associate certification is an advantage.

• Knowledge of EDI, XML, CSV, and other data formats is beneficial.

• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and/or transportation is a plus.

• Experience or background in Quality Assurance (QA) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) is beneficial.

• Experience with UML diagrams is a plus.

• Knowledge of prototyping tools and the ability to create wireframes, screen mockups, and data flow diagrams is advantageous.
