📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams.

• Ensure clarity of requirements and assist in the successful delivery of products.

• Collect requirements and develop user stories.

• Engage with stakeholders from business, product, and technology sectors.

• Create and update Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.

• Work alongside engineering teams utilizing knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, and system integrations.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance documentation, research, analysis, and productivity.

• Evaluate business challenges, propose solutions, and convert requirements into actionable deliverables.

• Handle multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic SaaS environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience within the SaaS sector.

• Strong grasp of business analysis principles, including requirement gathering, user story development, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.

• Basic technical proficiency in SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technological concepts.

• Hands-on experience using AI-enhanced tools for documentation, research, analysis, and productivity enhancement.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze business issues, identify solutions, and convert requirements into precise, actionable deliverables.

• Experience within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

• Must be available to work from 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST.
