📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams.

• Enhance requirement clarity and support successful product delivery.

• Collect requirements and develop user stories.

• Manage stakeholders from business, product, and technology teams.

• Create and oversee BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and associated technology concepts.

• Utilize AI-driven tools for documentation, research, analysis, and productivity enhancements.

• Evaluate business challenges, identify solutions, and convert requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

• Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Handle multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic SaaS environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the SaaS sector.

• Strong grasp of business analysis principles, including requirement gathering, user story development, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.

• Basic technical understanding of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technology concepts.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for documentation, research, analysis, and productivity enhancements.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to assess business challenges, propose solutions, and translate requirements into clear and actionable outcomes.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum settings.

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
