Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Examine, clarify, and organize business requirements.

• Convert business needs into precise and actionable user stories.

• Enhance requirements and user stories in collaboration with Business and IT.

• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

• Foster a shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and anticipated outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of functional concepts and solution exploration.

• Assist in translating requirements into feasible solutions.

• Aid in the coordination and management of implementation activities.

• Collaborate with engineers and quality experts throughout the delivery process.

• Play a role in implementing new business requirements and continuously enhancing the Charisma solution.

• Support additional rollout activities.

• Proven experience in analyzing and structuring business requirements.

• Background in creating and refining user stories.

• Ability to convert business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

• Effective collaboration skills across both Business and IT sectors.

• Experience in supporting the development of functional concepts and solution identification.

• Capability to assist and coordinate the implementation of business requirements.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities in an agile, cross-functional delivery environment.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
