Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Analyze, clarify, and structure business requirements.

• Convert business needs into well-defined and actionable user stories.

• Refine requirements and user stories in collaboration with Business and IT.

• Serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

• Establish a shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and anticipated outcomes.

• Contribute to functional concepts and assist in solution discovery.

• Aid in translating requirements into feasible solutions.

• Coordinate and guide implementation activities.

• Collaborate with engineers and quality specialists throughout the delivery process.

• Contribute to the adoption of new business requirements and the ongoing enhancement of the Charisma solution.

• Assist with additional rollout initiatives.

• Proven experience in analyzing and structuring business requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to create, refine, and manage user stories.

• Skill in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.

• Strong collaborative skills with Business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting the development of functional concepts and identifying appropriate solutions.

• Capability to coordinate and assist in implementing business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Enjoyment of working in an agile, cross-functional environment.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
