Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role as a member of a cross-functional agile team.

• Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders to foster innovation within the operating model.

• Identify necessary IT business solutions and support their implementation and prioritization.

• Conduct activities to gather requirements, assess services, utilize both internal and external data, and carry out end-user interviews.

• Outline business processes, including the organizational structures involved.

• Support quality control and project management initiatives.

• Recognize individuals and systems affected by both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Work in partnership with the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank and cross-functional experts to create solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing business analysis techniques, ideally within an Agile setting.

• Competence in interpreting technical requirements and crafting effective solutions.

• Proficiency in communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Ability to build enduring relationships with key stakeholders.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Capability to propose and present various solution options.

• Willingness to challenge and question priorities and requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.

• Valuation of testing at all levels and readiness to assist during user acceptance testing.

• Experience in managing risks associated with IT projects.

• Familiarity with requirements management tools like Jira.
