Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the client's Program Manager and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, IT, and Capital Planning.

• Identify key stakeholders and gather their requirements.

• Conduct workshops and interviews to uncover pain points and align on objectives.

• Document stakeholder needs and convert them into clear, actionable business requirements.

• Assist in the build-versus-buy analysis by assessing functional requirements, vendor solutions, and internal capabilities.

• Create structured documentation to facilitate data-driven decisions and support vendor assessments or internal development options.

• Develop Business Requirements Documents that outline current versus future-state workflows and system expectations.

• Generate requirements for integrations between multiple systems.

• Drive clients’ digital transformation and improve enterprise effectiveness by managing executive relationships, overseeing strategic initiatives, and shaping technology-driven roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ Project Management experience with Trimble (previously e-Builder).

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients, with a focus on process design, enhancement, and data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to work with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and convert business needs into actionable insights and requirements.

• Exceptional skills in executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis.

• Capacity to distill complex information into clear, strategic recommendations.

• Proven track record of delivering analytical solutions and influencing business outcomes across technology and operational functions.

• Proficient in business analysis tools, including Google Suite.

• Familiarity with BI/reporting platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated experience in managing upward effectively.

• Preferred: Experience in the construction industry related to business processes or project management.

• Preferred: Background in manufacturing, data center, airport, or similarly complex operational environments.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Procore, e-Builder, or other capital planning tools.

• Preferred: Experience in the technology sector related to software implementations, administration, or optimization.

• Preferred: Familiarity with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma.
