This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
• Assess court workflows, operations, and related judicial processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Document existing and future-state business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions.
• Convert operational needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Perform data analysis and research to aid in solution design, configuration, and decision-making.
• Engage directly with customers during discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Facilitate workshops for gathering requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and hold process review sessions with court personnel.
• Offer expert guidance, subject-matter expertise, and best-practice recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and support rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are comprehended and implemented correctly.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documents in JIRA.
• Generate process maps, requirements specifications, and training materials.
• Convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide demonstrations and training to clients regarding the Court Case Management Application.
• Execute other assigned duties as required.
• Support, enhance, and implement Court Case Management software solutions for courts.
• Lead business analysis initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst position.
• Familiarity with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficient in JIRA or similar tools for creating user stories.
• Experience in supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of court processes, including domain-specific terminology.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Monday, and Confluence.
• Capacity to learn and effectively utilize multiple internal software applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Reliable high-speed internet access for a remote work environment.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day.
• Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
