This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
• Evaluate jury management workflows, court operations, and associated judicial processes to uncover areas for enhancement.
• Document existing and future business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions.
• Convert operational requirements into actionable tasks for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Perform data analysis and research to aid in solution design, configuration, and decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with clients during discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions with court staff.
• Offer expert advice, subject-matter support, and best-practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, confirm system configurations, and help with rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in JIRA.
• Develop process maps, requirements specifications, and training resources.
• Explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide demonstrations and training for clients on the Jury Application.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in court operations, jury management, or judicial administration.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst position.
• Familiarity with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficient in JIRA or similar tools for creating user stories.
• Experience supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
• In-depth knowledge of court and jury procedures, including specialized terminology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Familiarity or proficiency with Jira, Monday, and Confluence.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize various internal software applications.
• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for a remote work setup.
• Must be able to remain in a seated position for the majority of the day.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity devices.
• Frequent communication via telephone and Teams.
