This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Collect, document, and verify business requirements and workflows.
• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Develop and sustain requirements documentation, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Systems Analysts, Quality Analysts, and Software Engineers to design and execute solutions.
• Create and implement test plans, test cases, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Confirm system improvements, integrations, reports, and data conversions.
• Record and monitor defects, issues, and testing outcomes.
• Aid in implementation planning, deployment validation, and post-production support.
• Analyze data and assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Support project documentation, status tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
• Cultivate subject matter expertise in company systems, workflows, and business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and facilitating business process improvements.
• Experience in developing and executing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, EMR systems, healthcare technology, Salesforce, reporting tools, or system integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage various priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering quality solutions.
• Quick learner of new applications and functionalities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Familiarity with Asana, SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential business information appropriately.
