This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Deliver industry training and support to franchisees in the designated region while enhancing profitability.
• Create, promote, and execute a robust catering program for franchisees.
• Launch the store startup program for franchisees.
• Optimize restaurant profits by conducting business performance and P&L reviews, providing training, and evaluating store operations.
• Supervise the operations of multiple restaurants.
• Formulate sales strategies and business development plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local active and digital initiatives.
• Examine KPIs and analytics.
• Educate and reinforce the franchise model, system, and best practices.
• Direct, train, and oversee hourly employees, management, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, business laws, regulations, and essential equipment protocols at branches.
• Collect brand compliance data and assist franchisees in enhancing their image.
• Maintain brand standards, service excellence, and high-quality performance.
• Organize and execute franchisee training programs to boost regional brand awareness.
• Attend regional meetings and manage all necessary paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Consult with franchisees to pinpoint needs or issues and define the scope for investigative solutions.
• Provide insights to the Brand Leader on matters surfaced through franchisee communication.
• Regularly follow up with franchisees on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Keep a daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook planned at least two weeks ahead.
• Construct and adhere to guidelines for new location setups.
• Take proactive measures to enhance programs that benefit the brand and franchisees.
• Travel 50–75% both within and outside the region.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or Associate’s degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) software and accounting software is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Credit card with sufficient credit limit to cover expenses is required.
• Strong background in the relevant industry and specific production techniques.
• Experience in sales and business operations.
• Ability to interpret a profit and loss statement.
• Restaurant experience is mandatory.
• Willing to travel 50–75% of the time as necessary for tradeshows, regional meetings, and other assigned gatherings.
