This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Build an advisory relationship by assessing current and future needs while promoting client retention.

• Support members and clients with specialized requirements and provide guidance on specific products and services.

• Engage in discussions about organizational realities with external experts.

• Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives, creating customized solutions, and negotiating terms.

• Seek out, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Balance satisfaction of members/clients with profitability and risk management.

• Remain updated on standards, products, and services within the industry.

• Create integrated offerings for Desjardins products and services.

• Guarantee member/client satisfaction and service quality in compliance with organizational standards and procedures.

• College diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
