Builders & Developers – AI Coding Sessions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop or enhance your own real project utilizing the provided open-weight and Gemini models.

• Select the appropriate model for each task and switch between them as needed.

• Complete around 50 turns in each accepted session, usually requiring 2–3 hours of active engagement.

• Operate in OpenCode while each session is documented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively working on a real project (side project, startup, app, or LLM-powered feature).

• Employs AI tools for development, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Cline, Replit, or Lovable.

• Comfortable executing straightforward terminal setup steps on Mac or Linux.

• Professional coding experience is appreciated but not mandatory; non-coders who use AI are encouraged to apply.

• Utilize OpenCode, a terminal-based coding assistant.

• Each session must be recorded.

• One chat is required per task.
