Builder Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Cultivate authentic connections with borrowers and referral partners.

• Comprehend each borrower's priorities and assist them in navigating mortgage options.

• Oversee every aspect of the mortgage process from application to closing.

• Establish clear expectations and provide an outstanding experience throughout the transaction.

• Remain updated on market trends, product modifications, and compliance obligations.

• Build and expand a successful mortgage loan origination business.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Proven understanding of the entire loan lifecycle.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for relevant state(s), or the capability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

• Established history of successful loan origination.

• Developed referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Proficient in managing a consistent loan pipeline efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret intricate financial data and support sound lending decisions.

• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.

• Advanced organizational skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
