This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and business development teams to facilitate timely contract execution and the initiation of new clinical studies.
• Review and monitor protocol amendments that impact budget line items to ensure accurate cost representation.
• Create and/or assess budgets in accordance with contract stipulations.
• Track and uphold project and contract timelines.
• Assess the financial feasibility of clinical trials.
• Conduct duties ethically, safely, and judiciously.
• Provide training assistance to new hires as required.
• Support departmental initiatives and enhancements in processes.
• Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner when engaging with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Operate remotely with daily computer usage; occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in research is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, and able to remain focused on tasks.
• Honest, self-motivated, ethical, professional, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate and align with operations.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Office365 products.
• Proven experience in process improvement.
• Adaptable, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing competing demands.
• Ability to think independently and influence others when appropriate.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day shift, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Occasional travel may be necessary; evening and weekend work may also be required.
