BSA Test Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

• Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business needs with system capabilities.

• Ensure that requirements are monitored throughout the implementation process.

• Act as the business lead for PROS CPQ, overseeing product configuration, pricing and discount processes, quote creation and approvals, quote generation, and alignment of the sales process.

• Direct Conga CLM contract request and creation workflows, including approval routing, contract lifecycle processes, and handoffs from CPQ to CLM.

• Assist with Salesforce opportunity-to-quote processes, management of account and customer data, and integration of user experience and processes.

• Own the testing strategy and governance.

• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of go-live processes.

• Develop and review test cases and test data.

• Coordinate efforts between business and technical testing teams.

• Manage defects and track testing metrics.

• Support deployment readiness and hypercare initiatives.

• Collaborate with architecture and technical teams to confirm integrations across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP, middleware platforms, and reporting/data lake solutions.

• Work together with program, architecture, business process, Salesforce, SAP, Conga CLM, Deloitte implementation, and PROS product teams.

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management.

• Experience with quote-to-cash solutions.

• Proficient in Salesforce.com.

• Experience with Conga CLM.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Strong preference for experience with PROS CPQ.

• Familiarity with SAP integrations.

• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.

• Experience with data migration and validation.
