This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Execute activities related to new and renewal business by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies in accordance with established guidelines.

• Promote insurance products by identifying suitable coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.

• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers while adhering to defined underwriting and pricing parameters.

• Act as the primary contact for agents regarding assigned accounts, managing communication and addressing inquiries in a high-volume setting.

• Ensure the accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structure.

• Monitor assigned accounts to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting standards.

• Support production objectives by facilitating transactional deal flow and contributing to the overall performance of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in the English language is required.

• Experience in wholesale insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities is essential.

• A state-specific insurance license is required.

• Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and market placement practices is necessary.

• Capability to analyze risk information and align coverage solutions within established guidelines.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills with agents and carriers are required.

• Ability to handle high-volume workflows with speed and precision.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize competing demands.

• Proficiency in systems and tools that support quoting, placement, and servicing activities is expected.

• A Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation is preferred.
