British Sign Language Video Interpreter – Out of Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform both on-demand and scheduled video interpreting assignments.

• Provide exceptional BSL/English interpreting services to all clients.

• Report directly to the Head Interpreter and the Operations Team.

• Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

• Comply with the NRCPD code of conduct.

• Adapt to work flexibly within the video interpreting team.

• Offer BSL video interpretation for both pre-booked and on-demand remote video interpretation sessions.

• Be available to work outside regular hours from Monday to Friday, specifically from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of the UK.

• Must possess the right to work in the UK before commencing employment.

• Required to hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check.

• Must have RSLI BSL Interpreter status.

• NRCPD registration is necessary.

• An Enhanced DBS check is required.

• Commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is essential.

• Must adhere to the NRCPD code of conduct.

• Comprehensive 1:1 training will be provided.
