RSLI BSL Video Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Carry out both on-demand and scheduled video interpreting tasks.

• Provide exceptional BSL/English interpreting services to all clients.

• Collaborate with corporate clients from both public and private sectors, as well as individual Deaf clients.

• Report directly to the Head Interpreter and the Operations Team.

• Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

• Adhere to the NRCPD code of conduct.

• Operate flexibly within the video interpreting team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of the UK.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK by the start date of employment.

• Required to hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check.

• NRCPD registration is necessary.

• RSLI status is required.

• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.

• Commitment to maintaining CPD is expected.

• Must be willing to comply with the NRCPD code of conduct.

• Ability to work flexibly within the video interpreting team is essential.
